Licensed Leasing Agent
to oversee a 250+ unit rental portfolio across Milwaukee, Madison, and Kenosha. This role is ideal for a motivated agent who thrives on independence, enjoys client interaction, and wants to build a long-term real estate career with sales potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle all leasing activities for a 250+ unit residential portfolio (showings, tenant communications, applications, lease execution).
  • Conduct property tours and manage tenant qualification and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team leader and property managers to ensure building goals are met.
  • Track and report leasing performance metrics.
  • Work closely with leadership to grow into sales opportunities over time.
