We are a busy orthopedic surgery practice specializing in regenerative medicine (PRP, bone marrow concentrate, orthobiologics). Our patients expect expert-level care in a professional, patient-focused environment. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Phlebotomist who also brings strong Medical Assistant skills to support our procedures and patient care.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled phlebotomist first—comfortable drawing blood efficiently and processing samples with precision. In addition, experience as a medical assistant will allow you to assist with orthopedic and regenerative procedures, provide patient support, and help with day-to-day clinical operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical expertise and hands-on patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform venipuncture and blood draws quickly and accurately
  • Prepare, label, and process biologic samples (PRP, BMC, adipose, etc.)
  • Assist physician during orthopedic and regenerative medicine procedures
  • Take and record vital signs, update patient records, and maintain exam rooms
  • Provide patient education and instructions pre- and post-procedure
  • Support front- and back-office duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Phlebotomy certification required (CPT, RPT, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience; outpatient/clinic setting preferred
  • Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
