The Financial Aid Coordinator - Clock Hours is responsible for the operational administration of financial aid to all students in Clock Hour programs ensuring compliance with Title IV regulations, State of Florida guidelines and institutional policies for student eligibility, awarding and disbursement. The Financial Aid Coordinator - Clock Hours utilizes data to manage the Title IV fund and state of Florida funds awarding process, assigns cost of attendance budgets, award federal grants, loans and work-study funds, supervises assigned support staff, and monitors student progress to determine the subsequent disbursement of Title IV Funds.

At a minimum, the selected candidate must have an Associate's degree from a regionally accredited college or university and three (3) years of related experience. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university and three (3) years of related experience. Demonstrated knowledge of Title IV regulations, with particular expertise in clock hour processing and federal policy compliance. The preferred candidate will also have Financial Aid processing experience with Clock Hour programs.
