Restorative Aide Certified

Job Title: CRA (Certified Restorative Aide)

Location: Midwest City, OK

Reports to: DON

Position Type: Full Time

Shifts Available: 7a-3p Monday-Saturday

Job Summary:

Join the Emerald Care Center Midwest team as a Restorative Aide Certified and play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will assist patients in achieving their maximum potential, promoting independence, and improving overall well-being. Our state-of-the-art facilities and compassionate staff create a supportive environment where patients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide support with range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
  • Collaborate with rehabilitation therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Restorative Aide (CRA) and Certified Nurse Aide required per Oklahoma State.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
