Right at Home provides non-medical home care in client's homes. This may include bathing them, helping them dress, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship (taking walks together, playing games, gardening). We also may drive clients to a doctor's appointment, do errands for them, and do some light housekeeping.
What's MOST IMPORTANT is that you have a HEART for caring for people and you feel fulfilled doing it.
If you don't have experience BUT have cared for a family member who has been sick or just up there in age, then you're qualified. If you have experience as a caregiver – that's even better

We're open to anyone who has been a caregiver, CNA, HCA, medical assistant, social worker, home care aide, companion, personal care assistant, home health aide.
Right at Home is a Home Care Organization (HCO) and is registered with the State of California. We do not require a current Home Care Aide registration to apply. If you are not registered, we will provide the necessary training and will process your registration, a state requirement for anyone who works for a home care company in California.
