Salesforce Consultant

Salesforce Consultant - Monmouth Junction, NJ. Responsible for designing, configuring, and developing Salesforce applications, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and ensuring high-performing systems. Experienced in end-to-end Salesforce development, integration, security configuration, data migration, reporting, and user training. Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, and ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices. Develop and customize Visualforce pages using Apex, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Create and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs leveraging SOQL and SOSL. Implement workflows, approval processes, email alerts, and validation rules. Design and implement custom objects, fields, formula fields, and page layouts. Build complex reports and dashboards. Perform data migration and cleansing using Data Loader and ETL tools. Develop and support integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, Java-based middleware, and IIB Middleware. Configure object, field, and record-level security. Execute deployments using Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, and Salesforce CLI. Manage version control with GitHub. Conduct unit testing to ensure high coverage. Integrate third-party applications and AppExchange products. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to design and deliver scalable solutions. Author technical documentation and deployment guides. Work with the following: Lightning Components, JavaScript, Change Sets; Manual and Unit Testing; Reports and Dashboards; Salesforce to Salesforce integration; Security and Sharing settings at field level across profiles and roles. Other similar professional duties as assigned. M-F; 40 hrs/week. $189,592.00 per year. Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits. Require Master's in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent and 3 years' experience in the job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
