We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing Architect
to lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for Oracle Cloud SCM/Manufacturing projects. This is a client-facing role that requires strong functional expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Oracle Cloud SCM/Manufacturing implementations as a Solution Architect.
  • Conduct client process walkthroughs and align solution capabilities with business needs.
  • Define business requirements and identify how Oracle Cloud SCM/Manufacturing can best support them.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to support interface and data flow requirements.
  • Support configuration, testing, training, data migration, and change management activities.
  • Manage or lead project teams through full lifecycle implementations.
  • Serve as the design lead for Oracle Cloud SCM modules in your area of expertise.
  • Provide advisory services for technology-enabled business transformation, vendor selection, solution architecture, and program recovery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering innovative Oracle Cloud solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in complex Oracle SCM implementations.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud SCM/Manufacturing experience in lead roles.
  • Manufacturing expertise across modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Logistics.
  • Oracle Cloud SCM certifications in at least two modules.
  • Experience with full lifecycle SaaS SCM implementations (2–3+ end-to-end projects).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Experience in pre-sales solutioning and leading project teams.
  • Solid understanding of planning and supply chain business processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; 7–10 years of IT experience preferred.
