The Store Operations Specialist oversees and ensures back-end processes support smooth retail and e-commerce operations, including inventory management, product photography, product processing, data tracking, e-commerce support, and simple technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and stock inventory; remove outdated items and maintain clean storage areas.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts with support from Team Lead to ensure accuracy.
  • Operate Shopify and POS systems to manage product listings, inventory levels, and order processing.
  • Coordinate product photography sessions and perform simple photo editing for online listings.
  • Prepare and ship customer orders; handle returns, exchanges, and related logistics.
  • Track daily sales data, inventory turnover, and operational performance; generate basic reports for management.
  • Support the sales floor during peak periods, promotional events, or staffing gaps.
  • May be required to perform other related duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned by management to support business needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail operations, warehouse, or e-commerce preferred.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, POS systems, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic photo editing skills (e.g., Lightroom, mobile editing apps) are a plus.

Physical Requirements

Salary (based on experience): $24-30/hr USD, other benefits based on qualification
