Bilingual skills are a plus to serve our diverse customer base. This position offers an opportunity to develop sales skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic retail setting.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
  • Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions
  • Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
  • Upsell products and promote store promotions to increase sales
  • Maintain merchandising standards by arranging displays and signage effectively
  • Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean and inviting
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking and inventory counts
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person
  • Supervise or assist in supervising other team members when needed
  • Maintain professional communication skills to ensure a positive shopping environment

Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer engagement
  • Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and stock management
  • Experience with merchandising, product demos, upselling, and stock management preferred
  • Ability to work in an ever changing retail store environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
