About The Position
What We are Looking for:
We're seeking a results-oriented Regional Marketing Leader to spearhead marketing for our expanding footprint outside Texas and California. This person will drive local market growth by combining digital performance marketing with in-person, community-based activation.

Location:
Flexible within AZ, IL, TX, CA (must travel frequently to new states)

Salary:
$120,000–$145,000 + performance incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute launch campaigns in new states to build early awareness.
• Design scalable playbooks for office-level marketing and community partnerships.
• Oversee local media buys, influencer collaborations, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with Operations to empower store managers as local brand ambassadors.
• Continuously optimize campaigns using performance data and market feedback.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in regional or field marketing, preferably with multi-location or franchise-style organizations.
• Knowledge of marketing to Hispanic and price-sensitive audiences.
• Strong command of digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, local listings) and offline tactics (events, partnerships, flyers, etc.).
• Hands-on leader who enjoys fieldwork and direct customer interaction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
