Job Overview:Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is looking for a Category Analyst who is highly motivated, analytically minded storyteller to join its Analytics & Category Team.The Analytics & Category team plays a valuable role by providing strategic, consultative guidance to deliver growth across emerging brands. Our goal is to become experts in the category & competitive environment, strategic partners internally & externally, and champions of innovation & assortment optimization.This role is based in our Rogers, AR office and will have a hybrid scheduled (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home on a weekly basis)What you will do:Leverage data resources and insights to build stories that contribute to revenue growth and strategic objectivesDevelop fully integrated consumer, shopper, category and marketplace insights and trends to guide Walmart's strategic choices and tactical executionsWork closely with KDP teams to maintain performance management routines including the streamlining of reporting cadences, macro performance assessments and opportunity gap analysisCollaborate with multiple internal cross-functional teams to connect business opportunities and develop solutionsLeverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recognize and anticipate issues and opportunities for growthServe as the expert on all things category to sales team and other cross-functional team membersRequirements: Bachelor's Degree preferredAt least 2 years of business experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) with a focus on sales, category management, market research, business analytics and/or shopper insightsPrior experience with Walmart / Sam's Club buying teams highly valuedSyndicated data knowledge (ex. Circana and/or Nielsen), experience in space planning software (ex. JDA), and Panel data experience (ex. Numerator) highly valuedExperience with Walmart Scintilla is highly valuedExceptional communication skills – verbal, written, presentation and follow-throughDemonstrated ability to build sustainable, collaborative relationships with internal business partnersCapability to develop and influence strategies and tactics at both retailer and manufacturer levelHigh level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detailHighly skilled in Microsoft Office SuiteTravel:
