CDL-A Truck Driver | No Experience

Job Description

We are seeking newly licensed CDL-A drivers. This position provides stable freight, clear pay structure, and a solid development path for recent CDL school graduates.

Compensation Package

• Weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,500+
• Paid orientation: $300including hotel accommodations, meals, and travel
• Weekly miles: 2,500–3,000 average
• Monthly safety bonus: up to +8 CPM based on safe driving

Scheduling & Home Time

• Home weekly or biweekly, depending on lane selection

Details

• 100% no-touch freight
• Combination of drop & hook and live load assignments
• Assigned late-model automatic Freightliner or Kenworth trucks
• Dry Van and Reefer opportunities available
• Full 24/7 dispatch and maintenance support

Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL
• Successful completion of a 120+ hours CDL program
• Minimum age: 21
• Must pass DOT hair testing
• Minor MVR violations reviewed individually
