Highlights Of What Our Purchasing Administrative Assistant Will Do

  • Logging orders on to our order log + sending out the order log to the supers every afternoon
  • Generating purchasing job folders, master requisitions and requests for quotes
  • Data entry, including entering all quotes into purchasing system
  • Indexing purchasing orders into Paperless system
  • Assisting with invoice discrepancies as notified by Accounts Payable
  • Assisting with Site Furnishing orders (confirming specs, follow up, revisions, and placing)
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Skills & experience will include, but not be limited to:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Excel and Google Docs
