We are seeking a BMW Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Union Park Automotive Group in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales for our BMW division, aligning with our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features of BMW vehicles.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to achieve monthly targets.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMW products and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall dealership performance.
Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Knowledge of high-end automobile sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
