Sales and Marketing Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our vendor partnership development initiatives. This role will focus on identifying, pitching, and establishing partnerships with major U.S. retailers and marketplaces, as well as supporting brand clients entering these channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with major retailers (Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, Walmart, Target, etc.)
- Lead sales initiatives for onboarding new vendors and suppliers into retail programs
- Build marketing strategies to promote iMeetTech's retail channel development services
- Negotiate vendor terms, promotional agreements, and joint marketing plans
- Collaborate with the product and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with retailer requirements
- Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and track sales performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or channel sales
- Strong relationships or experience working with major U.S. retailers is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive partnership results
