  Who Are Our Clients?
  • Some need help with mobility, personal care, and daily routines. They may suffer from dementia, Parkinson's or another disorder.
  • Others simply need a kind presence — someone to help with small tasks, share conversation, or lend a hand with meals or laundry.
  • Some live at home; some are in a facility but need more attention than the staff can provide.
Shifts: ·       Our minimum shift is 4 hours, our longer shifts range from 6 to12hrs. ·       We have Weekday, Weekend and Overnight shifts ... the mix can vary from week to week.  ·       Our goal is to find you continuing shifts so you can plan your life.
 
 What We Need in a Caregiver:
  • Patience, compassion, empathy, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • A valid Florida driver's license and a reliable vehicle (with current insurance and registration).
  • A Level II background clearance.
  • No felony convictions.
Pay:
 Starts at $ /hour, with flexibility in certain circumstances.

Compensation: $ $20.00 per hour

We try to find shifts that match their preferences, and clients that fit their skills and comfort level. In hiring, we look for caregivers who are compassionate, well-trained, reliable and vigilant. If you are new to caregiving but are empathetic and responsible, and you enjoy helping others, we will train you.   Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers. No matter the name, what we all have in common is a calling to care for people in the comfort of their own homes or assisted-living facilities.
