Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales & Project Coordinator to focus primarily on sales who can support our Business Owner in screening new opportunities, and then managing qualified opportunities from the initial stages to close. This involves active listening to understand the homeowner's objectives, budget, and schedule to develop an effective and competitive proposal. It also requires knowledge of what work can be performed with and without permits on Lake Washington and Lake Sammamish.
What You'll Do:
- Intake new opportunities by putting them into our Intake Sheet
- Screen the opportunities to determine if the project is appropriate for us to further evaluate by conducting a survey of the dock or bulkhead
- Meet with clients to walk them through our sales, permits, and construction processes and be well versed in our points of differentiation
- Assist the pricing and contract development
- Communicate with clients regarding proposal develop, and project timelines and expectations
- Assist with RFPs as needed
- Assist in managing the Project Schedule as needed by slotting sold projects onto the master work schedule
- Continuously improve your technical proficiency with our Project Management software
- Learn the full set of Seaborn services and how we price them
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent (required)
- 1–2 years of project management experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM software (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- An eagerness to learn our unique marine construction business

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 per year + performance bonus
