This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
Skills
- Proficiency in cleaning techniques and knowledge of various cleaning products.
- Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Background in hotel housekeeping is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
