Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our fast casual dining location. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, experienced in food service, and skilled in team leadership. You'll support the management team in ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front- and back-of-house operations during assigned shifts
  • Ensure excellent customer service and respond to guest concerns promptly
  • Train, motivate, and support team members to meet performance and service standards
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Enforce safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage inventory levels
  • Handle cash and reconcile end-of-day reports
  • Open and close the restaurant as scheduled

Qualifications:

  • Must be available for day shift (10am-5pm) Monday-Friday. Weekends as needed.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a food service or supervisory role (fast casual or QSR preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
  • Food Safety Certification (preferred not required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
