Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment.

Duties

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
  • Perform picking and packing of orders for e-commerce distribution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stocking shelves as needed.
  • Use RF scanners for tracking shipments and updating inventory records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely shipping and receiving operations.

Skills

  • Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software.
  • Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, order picking, and packaging techniques.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations and order fulfillment practices.
  • Strong basic math skills for inventory management tasks.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, including familiarity with stock management procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
