Pay Range: $90,000 – $115,000 (DOE)

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Relocation Assistance Available

Shift: 8 AM – 8 PM (Mixed / Rotating Weekends)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Manager of Surgical Services to join our team in Arlington, TX. This leader will be responsible for managing daily operations within the Operating Room, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting clinical teams to maintain excellence within a fast-paced surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Surgical Services department, including OR clinical staff.
  • Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, resources, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain best practices in surgical nursing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of acute care leadership experience in the Operating Room.
  • Minimum 5 years of RN staff-level operating room experience.
  • Strong clinical knowledge in surgical nursing required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas or Compact State licensure.
  • Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross.
  • CNOR certification preferred.
