Associate Director

Join a fast-paced, mission-driven team as Associate Director of Patient Services Operations. In this role, you'll lead the day-to-day operations supporting a growing product portfolio. Partnering closely with the Director, you'll oversee team performance, anticipate and resolve operational issues, and ensure KPIs, compliance, and budget targets are consistently met.

This is a high-impact role perfect for a proactive leader who thrives on improving systems, driving results, and making a difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the internal team to track and meet or exceed all program KPIs
  • Ensure that all program operations are running smoothly and in accordance with program business rules and all safety, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Develop plans to support team members in achieving their desired goals
  • Lead a team responsible for specialty pharmacy access, reimbursement, and affordability activities
  • Work with the Analytics team to ensure that all key data is reported timely and accurately
  • Oversee operations for co-pay program for company products
  • Update co-pay program terms and conditions for patient notification
  • Collaborate with the brand team to develop co-pay program offers
  • Support the Director with developing, maintaining and meeting all program budget requirements
  • Assist with RFPs as required
  • Provide input to strategic planning for new program offerings and develop key requirements for new programs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Bachelor's degree
