About The Internship

The Administration team is seeking an intern to support two key initiatives aimed at improving office technology management and usage. This internship offers hands-on experience in office operations, technical inventory control, and process documentation, with opportunities to contribute to meaningful improvements in how our systems and equipment are managed and used.

  • Inventory

Responsibilities

The intern will evaluate and provide ideas to evolve the system to manage the office's technical inventory, including monitors, computers, and other equipment. Responsibilities include:

  • Cataloging current inventory
  • Tracking usage and availability
  • Recommending replacement or recycling timelines
  • Creating a sustainable and accessible inventory management process
  • Process Use

The intern will create user-friendly guides and training materials to help staff effectively use office systems and equipment. This includes:

  • Testing and documenting how to operate audio, video, and computer systems in conference rooms
  • Identifying common usage issues and proposing solutions
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure clarity and usability of materials

Desired Qualifications

  • Background in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to analyze workflows and propose improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Interest in office operations and technical systems
