Key Responsibilities:

• Install bird deterrent systems (netting, shock track, optical gel, spikes, visual deterrents, etc.)
• Perform exclusion work using hardware cloth, sealants, and other materials to prevent animal entry
• Conduct inspections and identify areas of bird/wildlife activity or damage
• Clean and remove bio-debris and sanitize affected areas
• Operate lifts, ladders, and other access equipment safely
• Communicate clearly with clients and complete service reports
• Maintain tools, materials, and safety equipment in good condition

Requirements:

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in construction, roofing, pest control, or related trades preferred
• Comfortable with heights and outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional communication and customer service skills

Typical Work Environment:

• Commercial buildings, warehouses, loading docks, roofs, parapets, etc.
• Work involves climbing, operating lifts, and repelling.
