Position OverviewWe're looking for the absolute best candidates — individuals who are motivated, eager to learn, and committed to excellence. The ideal Barista / Beverage Server (Coffee + Cocktails) is professional, loves coffee culture, passionate about espresso and coffee craftsmanship, comfortable working in an upscale café environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. You'll prepare espresso beverages, mix cocktails, make smoothies, handle light food orders, wait tables, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.

A strong understanding of beer, wine, and spirits terminology is essential. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a genuine sense of hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive as part of the ROSA Team.

While there's no upper age limit for baristas, candidates must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.

Requirements & Expectations:

• Strong service background and outstanding communication skills are absolutely required to be a part of our staff
• Advanced knowledge of espresso coffee, tea, smoothies, spirits, and classic cocktails is a MUST.
• Ability to perform at a high level during busy shifts and events while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
• Willingness to follow opening and closing procedures.
• Skilled in shift building and personal marketing.
• Well spoken, well-attired, neatly groomed.
• Always keep the workspace clean, organized, and presentable.
• Morning shift is 6am-2pm*
• Afternoon shift is 2pm-9pm*
• *Shift hours may vary between summer and winter schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $24.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
