This newly created role will lead the development and support of Workday integrations across a complex HR technology ecosystem. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence systems architecture, streamline processes, and enhance data connectivity across platforms.

As the HR Workday Integration Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining integrations between Workday and internal/external systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other tools
  • Providing production support for Workday integrations and related HR applications, resolving technical and access-related issues
  • Collaborating with HR, IT, and vendor teams to manage SSO configurations and support infrastructure upgrades
  • Documenting business requirements and partnering with stakeholders to design scalable integration solutions
  • Participating in testing and validation during Workday releases and infrastructure changes
  • Conducting code and documentation reviews to ensure compliance with technical standards

To be successful in this role we are looking for:

  • Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience using Workday Studio and related integration technologies
  • Technologist with strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, Web Services, and Java
  • Professional with experience in HR systems such as Workday HCM, PeopleSoft HRMS, or SAP HCM
  • Detail-oriented contributor with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities independently
  • Collaborator with experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Candidate comfortable navigating diverse integrations across multiple vendors and platforms
