What You'll Do

As a Client Implementation Specialist, you are a key player in delivering seamless onboarding and ongoing support for DAS Technology clients. You'll combine your analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and technical aptitude to:


• Drive the onboarding process: Configure and launch client products and services with attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.


• Partner with clients: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding client stakeholders through business and technical configuration decisions to maximize platform value.


• Deliver first-class technical support: Provide timely and professional assistance via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical and product-related inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.


• Become a product expert: Serve as a subject matter expert on DAS products, providing insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.


• Coordinate cross-functional efforts: Collaborate closely with account management, product, and activation teams to ensure successful project delivery and outstanding client outcomes.


• Own administrative excellence: Manage product renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations. Conduct audits, reporting, and contribute to special projects that drive team and company success.


• Foster a positive team culture: Share knowledge and best practices by cross-training peers to elevate the performance of the Client Activation and Support Team.

What You'll Bring

We're seeking a motivated specialist with a strong mix of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:


• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.


• Ability to translate business goals into technical configuration options, confidently leading discussions with both business and IT stakeholders.


• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and stay professional under pressure.


• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.


• Technical comfort with email programs, support ticketing systems, and willingness to learn new enterprise tools.


• A proactive, client-first mindset, with a passion for driving measurable business results.


• At least 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, technical support, implementation, or related client-facing roles.

Education & Experience


• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, information systems, or related discipline—or equivalent business knowledge through professional experience.
