  • This role will be coordinating vendor integration activities across internal Optum teams and external vendor partners for member eligibility, engagement data, single-sign-on, and more.
  • Please describe the team the candidate will be working with – the team is two full-time members directly on the team and working with many others in Tech, Product, and outside partners.

What Does The Ideal Candidate Background Look Like
healthcare industry experience, preferably with an insurance company or digital health company; tech product or business product management experience.

What Skills/attributes Are Required
Clear communication skills to coordinate across companies; some business understanding of member eligibility data; light technical skills to at least have a basic understanding of APIs, file exchange; great project management skills to coordinate across multiple Optum teams and external vendor teams.

What Skills/attributes Are Preferred
Have worked to direct tech teams in the past to set up APIs, perform user acceptance testing, project/product management work.
