As an Employee Occupational Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting safe patient care by managing both administrative and clinical tasks that keep the department running smoothly and maintaining a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing front-line administrative support, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing billing, and maintaining accurate records
• Acting as a patient advocate by promptly responding to questions and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintaining thorough and organized patient and employee health files, ensuring all documentation is up to date
• Coordinating employee health services such as pre-employment screenings, immunizations, fit testing, and follow-up on work-related injuries.
• Monitoring and restocking medical and office supplies to keep the unit fully equipped and ready to provide care

• High School Graduate or GED preferred. Graduate of Technical or Vocational school desired.
• BLS required upon hire (AHA or Red Cross); Breath Alcohol Testing, Drug Screen Collector, Spirometry and Audiology preferred.
• Medical Office Assistance with Medical Terminology, computer skills and type 50 words/minute.
