We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Warehouse Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee daily order fulfillment for both B2C and B2B customers, manage customer service communication and support ecommerce operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, dynamic team and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role is a unique blend of office work and being on your feet as you'll spend time both at a computer managing orders and customer communication and on your feet picking, packing and shipping products.

Logistics & Order Fulfillment

  • Handle all order processing and fulfillment for online retail and wholesale customers.
  • Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with owner and b2b sales coordinator to ensure stock availability, order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory and customer/shipping records in ERP (NetSuite).

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email & phone with professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot order issues, payment issues, shipping delays.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service and order fulfillment processes.

eCommerce & Admin Support

  • Assist with maintaining product listings, pricing, and product availability on the website.
  • Troubleshoot website issues (e.g., missing product info, broken links, checkout problems).
  • Optimize and manage shipping options and rates within our ecommerce platform.

2+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment/customer service

Comfortable switching between desk work and physical tasks (standing, packing, lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally)

Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Team-player

NetSuite or similar ERP experience

Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)

Knowledge (or interest) in gardening, farming and sustainability
