About the Role
At RTA, Sales Development Representatives are the lifeblood of our sales engine. As a
Senior SDR
, you'll take that impact further: not only will you drive your own outbound efforts, you'll also shape processes, refine messaging, and help ensure every SDR on the team is set up to succeed.

This is a high-energy, growth-focused role for someone who thrives on accountability, loves problem-solving, and wants to help elevate the performance of both themselves and their peers. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to fine-tune our SDR motion and keep our pipeline strong.

Key Responsibilities: Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Maintain ~125 new contacts/orgs per week pulled from HubSpot SAM list and placed into outbound sequences.
  • Drive 100+ outbound activities daily (calls, emails, LinkedIn DMs, etc.) to exceed goals.
  • Consistently deliver 30+ booked demos per month.
  • Leverage HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other tools to build and manage a healthy pipeline.

Process & Performance Leadership

  • Ensure processes are in place that allow all SDRs to succeed.
  • Monitor task queues and sequences to prevent pile-ups and ensure follow-ups happen on time.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, and HubSpot administrator to implement improvements that streamline SDR workflows and boost results.
  • Co-manage performance on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, ideating new approaches to hit and exceed goals.

Training & Enablement

  • Ensure training and scripting are in place to help SDRs succeed.
  • Provide peer coaching on scripting, prospecting techniques, and processes.
  • Lead weekly ZoomInfo Intent review sessions to identify 2–3 quality contacts per SDR to push into HubSpot sequences.
  • Support campaign kickoffs with Marketing to ensure SDRs understand new messaging, lead sources, and goals.

  • Pipeline Growth: Deliver 30+ qualified demos per month while contributing to team-wide SDR success.
  • Process Excellence: Ensure SDR workflows are consistent, scalable, and efficient.
  • Training Impact: Shorten ramp time and improve performance for new SDRs through strong training, scripting, and mentoring.
  • ABM Success: Drive measurable improvements in ABM campaign results.
  • Continuous Improvement: Deliver at least 2–3 process or messaging enhancements per quarter that improve SDR efficiency or outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in sales development or inside sales, with a track record of exceeding outbound and demo goals.
  • Strong prospecting skills across phone, email, LinkedIn, and account-based marketing tactics.
  • Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar CRM/intent tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to influence peers and cross-functional partners.

Salary Description

70,000 Base + 27,000 Commission at 100% OTE
