We are a rapidly growing Real Estate Company based in Richland Hills, TX with over 3000 units under our management in Texas, New Mexico, Alabama, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. We are looking for candidates that are personable, energetic, and self-motivated to join our team.

We have two 500+ unit locations in Albuquerque, NM seeking an Asst Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Attend eviction court via phone or in person
  • Hand out and enforce property violations
  • Answer incoming calls and reply to emails
  • Daily office duties
  • Misc reports
  • Manage social media sites
  • Input payables
  • Assist with maintenance orders and inventory
  • Follow up on any daily business that is needed for the properties

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with contracts/leases
  • Knowledgeable of all aspects of the leasing process
  • Familiar with New Mexico eviction process
  • Familiar with New Mexico Rental Assistance programs preferred but not required
  • Organized with great time management skills
  • Dependable and Reliable a must
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Must be proficient on the computer
  • Must have a smartphone with unlimited data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Appfolio experience a plus but not required
  • BlueMoon experience a plus but not required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required

We are looking for a team player with an outgoing and positive attitude. Must be available to work rent week Saturdays and some other Saturdays as required. Must have your own reliable transportation.

Our company utilizes an app on your phone that serves as a communication tool between staff as well as logging work duties. This is required for all staff.

Salary determined on skillset and experience and will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and be eligible for Medical, dental and vision benefits after 90 days. Sick Time accrues from Day 1.
