SUMMARY
USA for UNHCR is seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Senior Associate, Data and Portfolio Management to support both the Private Philanthropy and Integrated Partnerships teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high-quality data practices, optimizing fundraiser portfolios, and creating insightful reporting tools that enhance fundraising strategy, performance, and workflow efficiency. The Senior Associate will collaborate closely with frontline fundraisers and leadership to ensure data accuracy, streamline systems, and strengthen decision-making across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain processes that ensure strong data hygiene and integrity while identifying opportunities for improvement across teams Maintain accurate records and ensure proper data entry and tracking in Salesforce CRM by PPH teams Provide scheduled and ad hoc training to staff on data management best practices and Salesforce usage, including developing and maintaining training materials Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support strategic fundraising decisions and improve workflow efficiency Analyze donor data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to Senior Directors and other stakeholders Assign donors and prospects to frontline fundraiser portfolios Evaluate portfolio performance and ensure an optimal distribution of donors and prospects Conduct regular portfolio reviews with fundraisers and adjust assignments to maximize fundraising outcomes Collaborate with frontline fundraisers to develop and track personalized donor and prospect engagement plans Perform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data management or portfolio management, preferably in a nonprofit fundraising environment Experience generating reports and dashboards for senior leadership and frontline fundraisers Understanding of major gift fundraising processes and prospect development best practices Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, preferably in a nonprofit environment (NPSP) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess circumstances, evaluate outcomes, and make sound decisions Ability to work independently and collaboratively, incorporating input from peers and leadership Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Ability to build strong working relationships and adapt to evolving needs Understanding of refugee issues and global affairsWORK LOCATION
Hybrid + New York City+ May also involve travel to some locations within the company's region of operations and select donor locations.
COMPENSATION
$ $49.04 per hour, based on a 35-hour work week.
