What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas for security-related concerns and report any suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with residents, property management, and local authorities as needed to address security-related incidents.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences while on duty.
• Remain alert to changing conditions within the residential environment and adjust patrols or response as necessary to meet site needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
