The Role

Drive customer go-lives and core product evolution. You'll integrate, extend, and validate our AI code-generation pipelines inside mission-critical SAP landscapes—then fold what you learn straight into the platform, often by building the feature yourself.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and enhance Nova's AI codegen workflows in live SAP environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve high-impact issues quickly to keep migrations on schedule.
  • Continuously synthesize field insights—design, code, and ship improvements into the core system.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Proven ability to master new technology rapidly and independently.
  • Clear, confident communication with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in forward-deployed / solutions engineering.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, program analysis, or cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).
