Job Summary:

Meadowbrook Care Center, a 156-bed facility located in Northeast Cincinnati, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate (STNAs) CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
  • Assist with vital signs, vital data, and other clinical tasks as assigned
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years of experience as a (STNAs) CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
  • Level of Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional Requirements: N/A
