THE JOB:

The Food Server at Tender Steakhouse in Luxor plays an essential role in creating an unforgettable dining experience by warmly engaging with guests, expertly taking and delivering orders, ensuring tables are impeccably maintained, and providing attentive, personalized service from start to finish. This position combines hospitality and efficiency, as you'll not only elevate guest satisfaction through exceptional table service but also support smooth restaurant operations by completing important side work and keeping your assigned stations clean, organized, and inviting.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.663 USD Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
  • Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach
  • Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations
  • Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
  • Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
  • Prior relevant Food and Beverage experience in a high-paced environment as a Food Server preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
