YOUR ROLE

  • Perform laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments with confidence and precision
  • Deliver an amazing client experience at every visit
  • Build strong relationships and earn referrals
  • Create personalized treatment plans that drive results and retention
  • Educate clients on skin health, laser safety, and treatment expectations
  • Maintain treatment records and follow all safety protocols
  • Be a key contributor to our success-driven, supportive team culture
  • Represent the Refresh brand with professionalism and pride

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Florida Electrologist License (required)
  • Florida Esthetician License (required)
  • Previous laser experience a plus (Candela Laser experience preferred)
  • A strong passion for aesthetics and client results
