The Spa Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring every guest experience reflects the elegance, precision, and personalized care synonymous with Eau Spa. This position oversees day-to-day spa operations — ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional service delivery, and operational excellence across both front and back of house.

Compensation: $65,000 – $73,000 annual salary

• Leads daily spa operations with balance, grace, and precision to ensure flawless guest experiences and seamless team coordination.
• Recruits, trains, and mentors staff to deliver elevated service and maintain a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll accuracy, and labor forecasting to align operational efficiency with guest service priorities.
• Conducts daily line-ups, trainings, and regular performance evaluations to reinforce brand standards and support team development.
• Maintains current, consistent spa treatment, retail, and safety protocols in alignment with brand and state requirements.
• Manages product inventory, ordering, and control procedures with a focus on quality, presentation, and cost effectiveness.
• Partners with the Spa Director to execute marketing, retail, and service initiatives that enhance guest engagement and drive revenue.
• Reviews guest feedback and implements service refinements with attentiveness and professionalism.
• Ensures all spa environments — treatment areas, lounges, reception, and support spaces — reflect Eau Spa's refined and inviting aesthetic.
• Participates in the Manager on Duty (MOD) rotation to ensure consistent leadership coverage and operational support.
• Contributes to monthly reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis with accuracy and insight.
• Demonstrates flexibility and composure in a fast-paced environment; embraces change and innovation as part of Eau Spa's culture of continuous improvement.
• Performs additional duties as needed to uphold the Eau Spa and Arch Amenities Group mission of excellence.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality, Business, or Wellness Management; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a luxury spa, resort, or Forbes-rated property.
• Comprehensive understanding of spa operations, guest experience excellence, and retail performance.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Book4Time experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
