Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on SAP FICO Specialist to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance as part of a major transformation initiative. This role will focus on configuring and deploying core financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Taxation, with seamless integration to third-party systems such as Kyriba, OpenText VIM, and BlackLine.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation projects.

- Drive strategic planning and execution across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Requirement Analysis

- Independently gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

- Conduct and lead design workshops using Mural; prepare pre-read materials and post-workshop minutes.

- Track and follow up on workshop action items

System Configuration & Design

- Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance modules to maximize standard functionality and minimize customizations.

- Provide technical guidance to product owners, functional teams, testing teams, and compliance stakeholders

Integration

- Ensure robust integration with SAP modules and third-party systems, especially Kyriba for bank connectivity and payment processing.

Documentation

- Independently author Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and specifications for RICEFW objects.

- Adhere to industry best practices and development standards

Testing & Validation

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate system functionality and performance.

Training & Support

- Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and satisfaction.

- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting to maintain system stability.

Qualifications Skills and Experience

• Education Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field Masters degree preferred
• Experience Minimum of 1012 years of experience in SAP Finance with at least 5 years in SAP S4HANA Finance
• Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of the financial services industry
• Technical Skills Proficiency in SAP S4HANA Finance Experience with SAP FICO and integration with Kyriba preferred
• Analytical Skills Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Communication Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
• Certifications SAP certification in S4HANA Finance is highly desirable
• Travel Be flexible to travel to Client place if needed

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is - $ $180000 Yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
