Job Overview

We are seeking 2 compassionate and dedicated Therapists to join our team part time. Our office offers a calming, healing, supportive and collaborative environment and we're looking for compassionate, motivated therapists to grow with us The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mindfulness, CBT and DBT therapies and demonstrate a commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of individuals. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families. The Therapist will utilize various therapeutic techniques to provide effective counseling and support.

Duties

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions
  • Implement case management strategies to coordinate care and resources for clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and coding using ICD-9 standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy and counseling.
