We are seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet/Compass Rose Applications Analyst-Information Technology to join our team of 500 and support our exciting journey. Job SummaryFunctions under the direction of the Application Manager, the Epic Healthy Planet/Compass Rose Applications Analyst-Information Technology provides intermediate system-level support of multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of these systems. Requires intermediate knowledge of systems analysis. Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts and methodology. Able to lead and participate in project planning sessions. Ability to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures. Able to manage projects with varying levels of complexity. The Epic Healthy Planet/Compass Rose Applications Analyst-Information Technology works with project leaders on several aspects of project planning to meet project deadlines.
Promotes excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of all software applications. Works with outside departments to promote, educate and train on current applications. Works with other members of the Xtensys staff, clinical and operational departments and other Xtensys team members to accomplish the goals established for the project.

- Project Management: Indepth knowledge of project management concepts and methodology. Able to lead and participate in project planning sessions.
- Mission & Vision: Supports, communicates, and incorporates Xtensys Vision and Mission through daily actions and decisions, generates enthusiasm, incorporates vision when planning.
- SelfDevelopment: Takes responsibility for his / her personal growth and development and continually works to foster skillset development of self and team.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback and supporting team goals.
- Ability to multitask and complete assigned tasks independently with minimal guidance with close attention to detail, and ability to offer some guidance to other team members.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of application support.
- Ability to serve as a primary resource for at least (1) application module.
- Ability to gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation.
- Bachelors Information Technology or Bachelors Other, preferred
- Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose certifications required

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
