Job Summary

Gonzalez Injury Lawyers PLLC is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing cases from intake through resolution, ensuring matters move forward efficiently while maintaining consistent, compassionate communication with clients.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to ensure cases are properly managed and clients receive the care and attention they deserve.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
  • Coordinate and monitor clients' medical treatment and progress.
  • Maintain regular, empathetic communication with clients regarding case status and treatment.
  • Obtain and organize key documents, including police reports and medical records.
  • Identify and assist in resolving liens affecting settlements.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to address case issues and obtain approval for medical recommendations.
  • Prepare and assist with demand packages.
  • Keep case files accurate and up to date with notes, documents, and developments.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine sense of empathy.
  • Proactive problem-solver who contributes ideas to improve firm processes.
  • Ability to draft legal documents and correspondence with minimal errors.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while remaining a strong team player.
  • Consistently maintains accurate and timely case notes and documentation.

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
