Required Skills:

. Sr level Business Systems Analyst (10+yrs total) with recent prior financial industry experience (within last 3yrs).

. Must have a deep knowledge of data (understand source data, data mapping, data diagrams and SQL)

. Must have proven experience reading APIs and writing requirements for them

. Must be an excellent communicator and be very curious. People who are successful in this role keep "digging" into the data further.

Must have experience with APIs. Not writing APIs, but reading and testing them and writing requirements from them.

Must have testing (UAT) experience.

Recent prior financial industry experience.

Advanced SQL experience

Exposure to Tableau for reporting

Biggest thing is the ability to be flexible and know that something different will be happening each day. A lot is asked of this position, so someone in this role has to be comfortable with that.

Experience writing user stories, digging into the databases, partnering with developers and the business.

Understand where the data flows to and from, supporting enhancement work and supporting the services data layer as updates are made.

Will be doing the research for the developers.

Must have Agile and Jira experience

Heavy workload, quite a bit to maintain a balance, need to learn quickly and figure out who to ask questions to. This role will become the SME for the data focused people. People who are successful are good at not taking no for an answer- people who are persistent.
