Description
Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead and coordinate all activities across the production operation.
- Manage and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Oversee production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
- Achieve company goals and milestones across value streams.
- Implement and sustain safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor production teams to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for cost savings and process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and materials procurement.
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Manager should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business related field.
- At least 10 years of experience with 7+ years of experience in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational best practices including Lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage production workflows effectively.
- Experience with safety and regulatory compliance in an industrial setting.
- Problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
- Technical proficiency in production management systems and tools.
Job Offer
