This role is responsible for overseeing HR programs in areas such as workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

Description

  • Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and deliver proactive solutions that support project and operational goals.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for professional and field staff, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce.
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance improvement initiatives in alignment with company values.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Support training and leadership development programs to build future talent pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR and regional management to implement company-wide initiatives and best practices.

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and project teams.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
