Overview

We are seeking a hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our fast-paced kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential to our food service operations, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Efficiently wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in regular cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment and storage areas.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
