Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and professional service to all guests, owners, and employees at the front desk.
  • Master the art of seamless check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform concierge duties, including making restaurant and activity reservations and assisting with special requests.
  • Assist with administrative and accounting duties, including invoice coding and documentation.
  • Offer guests and owners clear directions, helpful information, and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism while managing multiple priorities.
  • Support the team with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Location: Founders Place, Park City, UT

Start Date: 12/1/25

Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hour DOE

Schedule: Varies, may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of the Park City area preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with basic computer systems and technology.
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and team oriented.
