What You'll Do

  • Perform thorough cleanings after each guest checkout, including full property cleaning and linen changes.
  • Ensure every home shines — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and bedding.
  • Report any maintenance or damage issues through our easy app system.
  • Manage your daily schedule and job confirmations using your smartphone or tablet.
  • Bring your own cleaning supplies (a monthly allowance is provided).
  • Travel between properties within the resort (you must have reliable transportation).

Compensation & Perks

  • 1099 Independent Contractor position — be your own boss
  • Weekly pay, based on the number of properties cleaned.
  • Earn an average of $20–$30+ per hour, depending on efficiency and volume.
  • Flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle — great for parents, retirees, or side-income earners.
  • Sunday/Monday availability required during peak season.
  • On-site paid training to set you up for success.
