We're looking for a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our friendly and established dental team

As an associate dentist, you'll provide quality care to 8–15 patients per day, supported by a dedicated staff and a steady patient flow. Compensation is 50% of production, with a daily guaranteed minimum of $750, ensuring stability while rewarding productivity. In other words, you'll be paid half of what you produce each day, but never less than $750 per day.

Our patient base is diverse and community-focused—approximately 75% Medi-Cal, 15% PPO, and 10% cash—offering you valuable experience across a broad range of cases.

Associates typically earn $750–$1,250 per day, depending on skill and efficiency. The office operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

The ideal candidate is confident in performing general dentistry, including Medi-Cal root canal therapy, and is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
